Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vokoza platform, operated by Vokoza Networks Ltd ("Vokoza", "we", "us", or "our"), a company operating under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By purchasing a voucher, connecting to a Vokoza-powered network, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Vokoza Networks Ltd provides multi-tenant network access and management software that businesses ("venues") use to sell and manage Wi-Fi access for their guests. Vokoza is not an Internet Service Provider (ISP). We do not own, operate, or guarantee the underlying internet connection, network hardware, or venue power supply used to deliver Wi-Fi access.

2. Service scope and availability

Vokoza's role is limited to providing the software layer that generates, sells, and authenticates vouchers, and reporting related usage data back to venues. Actual internet connectivity is supplied by each venue's own ISP and network equipment. Accordingly, Vokoza is not liable for:

• Third-party ISP bandwidth outages, congestion, or speed fluctuations;
• Venue power failures, hardware faults, or router/access-point misconfiguration;
• Any loss or inconvenience arising from a venue's failure to maintain its own network.

3. Vouchers and payments

Vouchers are sold through Paystack, a licensed third-party payment processor. By purchasing a voucher, you authorize Paystack to process your payment on our behalf.

Refund policy: All voucher sales are final and non-refundable once a voucher has been generated or activated. The only exception is where a Paystack charge succeeds but Vokoza fails, due to a system error on our end, to generate a valid voucher code — in that case, an automatic refund or replacement credit will be issued.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any Vokoza-powered network for unlawful activity, to circumvent voucher/data limits, to interfere with the network's operation, or to resell access without the venue's authorization. Venues and Vokoza reserve the right to suspend access that violates these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Vokoza's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the voucher(s) giving rise to the claim. Vokoza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or connectivity.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Vokoza-powered network after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
