Is Vokoza an internet provider?
No. You provide the internet connection and network equipment. Vokoza helps you sell access, deliver vouchers and manage your Wi-Fi business.
Do I need to use Starlink?
Vokoza is for Wi-Fi businesses, not only Starlink users. Ask us to check your controller and network setup before onboarding.
Can customers buy without mobile data?
This depends on your network allowing access to the purchase page and the payment provider before login. We need to check that configuration; it is not automatic on every network.
Can customers install the app?
Yes. Customers can install their business's web app from a supported browser. Installation steps vary by phone and browser.
